Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if the perfume is returned in its original, unopened
condition.
The original plastic wrap/sleeve must be intact and untampered.
The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
Replacement Only (No Refund)
If the plastic wrap/sleeve has been removed or tampered with, the product is not
eligible for a refund.
Such products are eligible only for replacement if they are received damaged,
defective, leaking, or if the wrong item was delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or tested perfumes.
Products with removed or damaged plastic wrap/sleeve.
Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date.
Important Note
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, perfumes with opened or unsealed packaging cannot
be refunded.
